team utilizes a proven marketing system that delivers results. Our goal is to maximize your building's exposure to procure a sale in the shortest amount of time possible. We cooperate with all commercial real estate brokers, solicit our clients, as well as create a prospective list of potential tenants, which we contact through cold calling and direct mail. The following is an example of a marketing system that is included in our brokerage fee.
Marketing Strategy:
• Develop brochure and marketing pieces • Develop and implement signage program • Input building information in commercial listing services • Direct mail to potential tenants • Monthly broker mailings • Advertising in local and trade periodicals • Work with local business development organizations (Chamber of Commerce, Village, etc.)

All Brian Properties' commercial brokers either hold or are working toward the advanced designation, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). The education required for the designation includes course work in site selection, investment analysis, income tax ramification of real estate investment and interpersonal relationship skills. The CCIM designation also requires continuing education in order to keep our brokers ahead of the curve in this dynamic industry.
