Brian Properties is an Accredited Management Organization (AMO), meeting or exceeding rigorous standards set by the Institute for Real Estate Management to achieve that designation.
Our full-time management department staff includes our property manager,
assistant property manager, bookkeeper, maintenance personnel and clerical help. Services provided include:
1. 24 hour availability for emergency calls
2. Immediate attention to all tenant complaints
3. Fully computerized bookkeeping and billing
4. Monthly reports to owners detailing income and expenditures by
tenant and category.
Brian Properties' staff includes three people,
consisting of our president, vice president and property manager, who have earned the designation Certified Property Manager (CPM). The CPM designation requires course work in all segments of property management, and assures that an owner's property will be managed with the dedication and skill of trained professionals.
