Career Summary
Tom has been associated with Brian
Properties, Inc. since 1982. As Executive Vice
President, he is responsible for listing and selling
commercial/investment real estate throughout Northern Illinois
with a heavy concentration in the Northwest Suburban Area of
Chicago. He specializes in the listing and sale of
single and multi-tenant commercial buildings as well as site
location for commercial uses.

he is currently marketing totals over $20 million.
He has successfully been involved in more than $300
million in real estate transactions during his career.
In total he has participated in over 600 real estate
transactions. Tom was named to the Illinois Association
of Realtors Million Dollar Club in 1976 and has been a member
