The firm proudly represented the Arlington Heights Park District (AHPD) in the notable acquisition of a prime real estate property at 750 W. Northwest Hwy., Arlington Heights, IL 60005, marking its third successful transaction on behalf of the Park District.
The property, previously owned by the esteemed local law firm Massucci & Blomquist, features a one-story office building that encompasses a building area of approximately 3,861 square feet and is situated on a 13,894 square foot land site. Constructed in 1977, this key property sits at a vital stop-light intersection adjacent to the Arlington Ridge Center (ARC).
The significance of this acquisition cannot be overstated, as the ARC recently underwent a major renovation and expansion, completed in 2020, making the surrounding area a focal point for community engagement. The strategic location of the property provides the Arlington Heights Park District with a multitude of developmental options to enhance the community's amenities, such as expanding the existing fields, increasing parking facilities, or erecting high-visibility signage.
